Description

Great location – go out of your backyard and enter a national forest! The topography provides breathtaking views of the Peloncallo Mountains and the San Simon Valley. The property is less than 8 miles from Rodeo, NM. Nearby wells hit water at around 200ft down.

Enjoy the warm weather, scenic  mountain views, plenty of natural vegetation and wildlife with space to spare.

For things to do nearby, see Google’s travel guides. The Cochise County area is one of the few places where the wild west is still alive. It is full of cowboy history, ghost towns, one of the most impressive caves in North America, old mines, museums and natural beauty waiting to be explored. At only two hours away, Tucson offers plenty of urban activities in addition to wild west scenery.
